SARTAversary 2nd Quarter 2023 Community Partners Campaign

Target Audience: The audience for this entry was the general public and our community partners.

Strategy Objective:SARTA wanted to get input from some of our Community Partners on what SARTA means to them, how important transportation is to their clientes/students/patients, and the various services that we provide.

Situation Challenge: Most people don't know who we service and how much our transportation means to several organizations and their clientele throughout the county.

Results Impact: We started the campaign by approaching several individuals that we work with and asking them if they would like to share a few words as to what SARTA means to them and with share with us in our "SARTAversary" celebration. Once we had a list of participants, we took their testimonials and turned them into video spots that were used on our social media channels as well as printed ads for the newspapers and radio spots played weekly throughout the quarter. The community partner video spots posted to our Facebook had the results below: - 654 reach - 815 impressions - 25 likes - 3 comments - 13 link clicks

Why Submit: SARTA is submitting the Community Partner pieces for an AdWheel because it was our opportunity in our SARTAversary campaign to showcase who we work with on a daily basis. Most people in the Stark County community may not know who our riders are or who we work with and with these marketing pieces allowed us to do that. Our riders are students, medical patients, employees, and could be your next door neighbor. These community partner marketing pieces helped us to show precisely who we service.
